I married one of those American girls, and I've been stuck here ever since! Joking - very happily married. We like it over this way - we used to live nearer Philadelphia, but this is a bit quieter. Sometimes way too quiet. Are you and your husband both Brits?

hi yes my husband was born in new york but he moved back to the uk when he was little, both his parents are english. do you miss anything about england

There are a few things that I miss Michelle40. Family, friends, pubs, corner shops, snooker (not necessarily in that order!). It's not all bad though - I love certain things about the US. How are you finding it so far? If you ever want to get together with another British couple (well actually my wife is American, but she is Brit-friendly!) shoot me a PM and I'll give you my details.

hi where settling in well im loving the weather we moved in to are house yesterday after being in hotels for six weeks. it would be great to meet up any time your free drop us a line where not one the internet at the moment so i only get to check my mail every couple of days. are internet will be sorted by next week fingers crossed have a good weekend
