Wink Is working with Saudi Aramco interesting

I am in the course of the selection process to get a position as "Engineering Specialist" in the "Downstream Process Engineering Division under Process and Control System Department". I have 14 years experience in refining industry.

A lot of doubts, but mainly: is the job intersting? or you end up doing nothing challenging and important so that in case you wanted to apply for another job nobody would re employ you because of poor CV?

thanks for the replies and I promidemto keep everybody posted.

Difficult one to answer to a stranger, what I may find boring you may not etc.

If the greenbacks are good...take it

Good luck

Thanks for your reply. I just meant that a job can be frustrating if you are not given cerdit for your efforts, if there is no clear definition of responsabilities, if you are not professionally growing.

This would make a professional not employable any more after say 10 years of non work.

The guys I have worked with in Aramco (locals) are all very professional. This was within IT department, mainly EXPEC division.

The package is usually good, and they have always been at cutting edge of technology. They will work you hard, but I think it is worthwhile.
