I’ve had great news this week that I’ve been successful for a job at one of the sovereign wealth funds.
I have a couple of questions about what I should expect from the initial offer when it lands in the next few days:
a) they have indicated the base salary which I’m happy with, and said that school fees are paid additionally - what is this likely to amount to per child? And are these typically payable from start date or after probation?
b) they have said a flight allowance is given annually (business), what is the range of this per person?
c) are there any other allowances I should look for? Family visas/healthcare etc aside. I’m hoping accommodation will be in addition to the salary but they haven’t outlined this one yet.
d) any other tips/suggestions on what to anticipate would be great.
many thanks.

You may get some answers if you let everyone know where and what your role is ? 😠(It’s a ME forum)
maybe better to wait and get your offer with all the details and then fire some specific questions.
