Default unfair redundancy dismissal

my new boss European called me last week and told me he doesn't like me and hence I must go; the letter given to me was redundancy. they immediately replaced my position with a new guy. can I contest this in court?, my company MNC, branch of belgium company. Can I sue them in europe?

Were are you living/working? How lon have you been with the company? What are the terms in your contract?

I live in dubai, working in dubai airport free zone, have been working past three years

my contract says for any reason I or company decides, I have to give two months notice

As you are in a free zone, standard UAE labour law does not apply, but the terms of your contract are. I presume you are on a local contract, and as you are working in the UAE, you cannot make a legal case in the EU.

If you contract says that two months notice is required from either side, the company may make you redundant provided you get to work the two months or are paid in lieu.
