Hi all,

I have a number of interviews set up for the next 2 weeks but they are the most part direct applications (no recruiter) so I am confused as to what to request in respect of salary (if I'm successful!).

I've searched extensively online and there seems to be a massive gap between the salary's that are advertised and those listed in salary surveys.

Could anyone give me some guidance regarding the total offer for someone with the following experience in Dubai (private practice or in house) :

commercial lawyer (England & Wales qualified)
Currently Head of Legal Services for a well know private company in the financial services industry (although its a small team of 5)
Majority of experience in IT, IP, contract, Data and Regulation
7 years post qualified experience - 5 years in private practice
