Ive got a non - resident expat account in the HSBC in Bahrain for this reason...easy to open and transfer funds to.

The story told by "ghost" on Daves ESL Café is a good example of how people can forget why they come to this part of the world, and how easy it is to forget that one day they will be gone FOR GOOD.
