Default internship- Architectural Engineer

Hi,
i recently graduated with a bachelors is building and architectural engineering. I've been having a hard time looking for a job since no one seems to be hiring. I'm realizing that without experience , an internship is probably the best way to start..if anyone knows of a engineering firm or consultancy that is in need of internee's, please let me know..
Thanx

architectural engineers specialize in designing engineering systems in buildings..my degree was sort of an amalgamation of architectural design and civil engineering. We learned planning, design, construction, and operation systems in buildings(electrical systems, lighting, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, fire protection, plumbing, and structural systems) over a duration of five years..

its a relatively new field but im told we're worth our weight in gold ( if only everyone else knew that)

interesting idea, structural engineer myself and I generally wind up with a lot of sorting through this stuff. Do you learn enough to work through full systems or still need guys like me and mechanical engineers?
anyhow as you probably know stay away from the builders and consultants and look to the high tech facades companies perhaps, it might be a good avenue.

i will have a think, most of them are european it depends on whether they have ME branches or not I suppose. Think of smart or green cladding system manufacturers who link ventilation, glazing, plenum floors etc all into one BMS. Thats the sort of companies I mean
