Scamp what is your view on the achievable salary level for someone with 9 years post qualification experience on major developments in Central London?
Mixture of contracting and consulting experience. What sort of salary would someone of that background be able to achieve out in Qatar? From what I can see the job adverts/client requirements often demand 15-20 years experience, which although one can understand where there coming from, years of experience doesn`t always equate to a higher calibre candidate in my experience.
Would welcome your view on a realistic salary level for a Commercial Manager/Associate level role?
