Consultant Family Medicibe Jobs in Qatar

Was looking for some advice regarding move from UK to Qatar and came across this site. I wonder if someone on this forum got a job offer as a Consultant Family Medicine in Qatar would kindly share some info regarding the salary packages and the nature of job at work place there.
Does it work similarish to NHS Primary care here in UK?
