Hi all, hope all is well.

Currently based in Doha and I have been approached for an opportunity at Abu Dhabi Investment Council as a Snr Associate for Talent Acquisition.

Can anyone run me through the recruitment process? I have been told that it is a 3 step process with the final step involving an interview to their office. Also what are pay grades / salary expectations for this role? At the moment I have told my recruiter that I am open to negotiation / researching.

I'd expect quality of life and cost of living to be fairly similar to Doha, and there would probably be things like housing allowance e.g
