Last week, Yin was issued packets #3 and #4 *together*... all forms were given to her
at the same time. The consulate then told her to get the medical report done and they
would let her choose the interview date.

The hospital said it would take 5 business days to process the medical form... it was
ready in 4. Yin returned to the consulate, where they asked for OF-230 only and
allowed her to choose the interview date. She chose June 8th (Friday). They said,
"Fine, be here at 8am!"

Incidentally, it took 4 business days for TSC to get our packet #2 to the consulate
after approval. They must've Fed-Ex'd it to Taiwan, because it takes me a week and a
half to air mail things to Taipei.

Timeline breakdown:

Filed I-129F at TSC: 2/7/01 NOA #1: 2/14/01 NOA #2: 5/24/01 Packet #3 (& #4!):
5/29/01 Interview date set: 6/8/01

Hopefully my next message on Friday will be the victory message!

BTW, our full timeline is posted at:

Complete with complaints about TSC, so beware.
