Default Yet another Vaccination Supplement Question!

Hi

Sorry for asking another question about this.

I just got a very generalistic letter acknowledging receipt of my AOS
application in Portland. It has stuff on it that is and isn't relevant to
me.

It has a point about the medical: "You are required to submit a completed
I-693 - Medical Exam and/or Supplement A - Vaccination Record. You should
schedule this as soon as possible with one of the physicians on the enclosed
Civil Surgeons list..."

It doesn't say which they expect me to have - I take it that as I'm here on
a K-1 I can assume they would just want the Supplement?

They also didn't include a list of Civil Surgeons - should I take this as a
mistake on their part rather than it not being relevant to me? I'd already
had all my vaccinations before the medical in the UK if that makes any
difference. Should I get a Vaccination supplement to be on the safe side no
matter what?

Thanks
Lindsey

PS for anyone interested in Portland processing times, it says its taking
about 7 months for AOS there.

http://www.bcis.gov/graphics/exec/cs/index.asp will help you find a civil surgeon in your area. You would only need the vaccination supplement if your medical (UK) was done within a year of your filing for AOS. The supplement is pretty much the CS just transferring your records of the vaccinations you have to an official USCIS form. They may "ask" you to do a full physical but call around since some will just to the transferring for a fee.

Hi

Might not be relevant here, but I recently went to a Designated Civil
surgeon to get the vacci sup, and was told that on top of the MMR and TD
that I had gotten in my home country previously, I now needed 2nd shots of
it. New regulations from BCIS it seems. If that applied for MMR and TD, it
might apply to other shots too.
