Forum members, Just received word from Canadapost that my checklist made it to the
Montreal consulate. Hopefully the next thing I will receive from them will be the
interview date. Saba will be visiting me in Toronto on Oct 2nd (my birthday). As
she is keen to attend my interview in Montreal, I wrote a nice cover letter with the
checklist in which I requested an interview for Friday Oct 4th. I hope it does the

Consulate requesting "proof of Canadian citizenship" Aug 29 2002:
Montreal US Consulate receives "proof of Canadian citizenship" from Saif
Sep 03 2002: Saif receives "Packet 3" from Montreal Sep 05 2002: Montreal US
Consulate receives completed "DS-230 Part1" and checklist from Saif

Our background:- Saba is a dual US and Pakistani citizen. Saif is a dual Canadian
and Pakistani citizen. Saba lives in New York City and Saif lives in Toronto. Both
intend to marry and live in either CT, RI or MA.
