yet another I-864 question...

I hope someone can help me with this. I am a student and have no income, so I have a
joint sponsor for the I-864 (which we need to DCF an I-130 for my spouse). I do have
some assets (bank account and CD) that I could list on my I-864, but it wouldn´t
cover the necessary amount. Should I even bother listing assets if there is no income
and I have to use a co-sponsor anyway?
Also, my co-sponsor is semi-retired. Between his pension and the hours he does work
in a month he makes the 125% level for the household. I have a letter from his
employer stating his hourly wage, and what his yearly pension is, but there is no
explanation to what his being "semi-retired" means (which is that he can work up to
80 hours a month). Do I need to have that info specified? I really don´t want to have
any problems with getting the I-864 approved.
Any input would be great!!
