My 129F for my fiance was sent to VSC on 8/23. First NOA rcvd on 8/29 giving reciept date of 8/27. APPROVAL recvd via automated telephone system on 9/19/02 - not bad!

Wow, you guys...sure wish I lived under the VSC's jurisdiction! I will have to deal with Nebraska on the K1 in a few months when I finally file it. *sigh*

Lisa, I know just how you feel with the count down thing too! I feel like I should start a "count down to the *filing date*" ! (I can imagine how I'll be when finally sending the darn thing off in the post!......)

Anyway, congratulations for starting your process and it doesn't sound like it's going to take you long! I'll look forward to hearing about your experience!

VSC is the fastest service center, probably 2 weeks to 30 days for
approval, welcome to our misery Mike C
