Wife and K2 son missing, please help!
Someone please help. My wife has taken her son here on a K2 visa and moved to
another state. She will not give me her address or telephone number where she
is living, and I know for a fact that she is planning to bring the son's
biological father her to live illegally. I have been made a fool of by her. She
told me that if she has to she will stay here illegally with her son.
She has her green card, but is still on conditional status. Her son is awaiting
his interview which will be in October. What recourse do I have here. She does
not belong her, she has lied and I do not know what to do in regards to the

Have you read some of the other threads this week, dealing with the subject. One thread was pretty informative:

It is usually advised to make a report to the BCIS where you filed her AOS, giving them actual facts that makes you suspect fraud and that they could verify [and not emotional statements]. Also, it is apparently better to get an annulment for fraud rather than a regular divorce.
Hope that helps some,
Caroline
