Thanks to ALL the responses. Ok,I am going through the Vermont service
center,since i am in New Jersey. My Fiance is in Romania. Another question.
At what point do i have to submit my 3 year tax returns,and proof of
employment? Thanks again to all responses in advance.

the tax returns and proof of employment are needed at the interview stage.

However, Vermont historically is the fastest service centre for I-129F's so I would probably start to gather the stuff together not long after sending in the application.

Also your fiance will require police certificates. Get these started now as they can take a while for all countries she has lived in.

Have not completely lost my mind, but getting close. Had a bit too much to drink last night and somehow equated the Green Eggs Poem to the DOS Consular manual. Seemed to make the same amount of sense after a few martgeritas
