Hi,
Can anyone tell me whether there is a visa we can apply for to just live in the states while waiting for the I 130? Priority date is 16/2/06, my wife is the child of a US citizen. We have savings and would be able to support ourselves, I was thinking of studying but paying for the course would drastically reduce the savings and without being able to work we wouldn't be able to afford both.
I'm expecting a no but would like clarity.
Thank you

No. If there was, why would you need the I-130?

So how much do you need to go for an entrepreneur visa? And how long does it take?

Faster than the family based category you're waiting in.
Your wife is the daughter of a USC, not child.
Immigration & visa questions should be posted in the Immigration forum.
