where should i apply for the K 1 visa??
Ok ,pls give me some advise
I am a Taiwanese citizen now attending a university in Prague ,Czech
Republic. The Petition was apprived by VSC within 1 month. But I am
living in Prague now for my school! My question is if applying for k 1
visa in your native country will speed things up???
and How long it takes for NVC to receive the approval notice from the
VSC and how long it takes to go to the consult?
thanks!

We are all required to declare the Alien's current residential address in the I 129F fiance(e) visa petition. The BCIS sends your approved peition through the NVC only to the specified US Embassy in the country of current residence.
In your case, the official current residence is in Prague, Czech Republic. So you have to compulsorily apply for your K1 process through the US embassy in Czech Republic.
As for the NVC thing, the whole process from Service centre through NVC to embassy roughly takes about a month's time, although there are chances of either a quick or a much delayed transfer process.

Hm? but someone in the group has a thai fiancee attending school in
Canada ,but she has to return to her HOME country?
I am thinking if this may delay the issurance of k 1
