Where to file I-140/485/EAD/AP
I work in Chicago. I am on H1-b Status. My company is based in Boston.
Labor has been cleared from MA.
I was filing MA Taxes till Dec 2002. From Jan 2003, I have been filing
IL taxes . So I guess I am no longer a MA resident but IL resident.
Should I file for 140/485/EAD/AP in Vermont center or Nebraska Center
?
I will really appreciate if I get advice on this topic.

Do you have a good immigration lawyer, Sam? If the labor certification was
obtained based on a recruitment process carried out in the MA area, you
cannot properly use that labor cert to get PR status based on your job in
Chicago. The company has to start over again in Chicago with a new labor
certification application.

Thanks Sylvia,
My lawyer also said the same that you advised. I had to post this
question on the group as I had not heard from my lawyer then.
Thanks again
