What's the hold up????
Hi, I;m Michael, I have a fiancee in Manila, Philippines. We have
been trying to get her here to get married for the past five years.
She was married before then she was abandoned by her husband. We
thought that he was killed but we found him teaching in San Antonio,
Texas. He signed the anullment papers and we filed a year and a half
ago. She had her interview on Feb. 14,2007 and we have not heard from
the embassy. I work for the Homeland Security Dept. and I have visited
her seven times now. Does anyone know anybody that works at the U.S.
Embassy in Manila? Please help!

You work for the Homeland Security Department and you don't know how Federal
Agencies work in cases pertinent to your case?
Why are you asking here in a public forum? You should know through internal
directories and contacts how to call somebody in DOS.
My guess is, you fiancee has a lot of issues during the interview and she
may not even be eligible to marry as you were made to believe.
You don't know scams if you don't understand how scams are done in the
Philippines.

A Philipino woman who once was married to an American man and then
claims to be abandoned, and is planning to marry another American....
Haven't I heard this story before?
What boggles my mind is..... how do they so easily find American men to
marry ? It's not exactly they are ten a penny in Phillipine.
