Lorna, remember you have to answer all questions honestly when you complete the immigration paperwork.. that includes drug questions.

with the answers you hear....but i imagine most answers can put a
different spin on how one might of percieved her questions
before......which is wonderful......but sorry ..i felt the first
replies...were most definately more of apersonnal attack......which i
will not tollerate on any level.....and hey.....if one is into
verball..or obviously written personal attacks ,then maybe a trip to

hm..because he doesnt have any children.......and as i do......and
women as a general rule about the ins and outs of this things tend to
have more of a clue so hence....doing the homework myself

But as mentioned already, a lot will depend on the state, but also mentioned, and if you've checked the links to the sponsorship guide lines, you'd also know that any means tested benefits you receive will have to be reimbursed by your sponsor.

hi thanks....no he doesnt....he works in afamily run firm.and his
income is more than sufficent.but actually just out of interest i have

No. Your USC fiance or spouse must be your sponsor. If he doesn't qualify financially, THEN you can use a joint sponsor who meets the financial qualifications. But your USC fiance or spouse will be your main sponsor, even if he doesn't qualify.

Depends on the relation to you, and your age when they sponsor you, if there a parent, then "relatively" quick, if a sibling, a lot slower, talking many years.
