What should I do?
Hi guys,
I posted a couple of weeks ago about me and my wife separating and unfortunately it’s got to that point.
She wants to start the divorce proceedings soon and I’m in the middle of getting my 10 year Green Card. Like I said on my last post, I’ve built a life here and I don’t want to have to move back. Should I be worried about that happening?
We were legitimately married for just over 3 years, we just fell out of love like some marriages do. We have a dog, house and other stuff together that im trying to sort out too. I just don’t know whether I need an immigration lawyer and if I should be worried about the outcome.
any advice would be great. Thanks.

I believe ask your questions were answered in your previous thread. I wouldn't worry about your immigration status, you've got enough in your plate as it is.

On another note, I am sorry that it has come to this. Just take time for yourself before moving forward. Life sometimes goes in ways we don't expect, but its rare that there aren't silver linings in those clouds.
Good luck.
