My fiance is from the UK and we are going through the process of applying for a K1 visa so that he can come to the United States and we can get married.
He received his "Immigrant/Fiance(e) Visa Checklist", completed the DS-160 form, has all of his necessary documents in possession (passport, birth certificate, police certificate, copy of our original I-129F application) and I have completed the I-134 with supporting documents for him.
He has already had his medical examination, and filed to notify of readiness for an interview with the embassy.
So, our question is, now what? We are happy to wait patiently, but don't want to be wasting our time. Is there anything else that we need to do? What can we expect as our next step, we're just not sure what to expect and are finding it very hard to obtain any answers.
Please advise, thank you!

Hi and Welcome to BE.
Just happily wait patiently. You will be notified of an interview date. Until then, there's nothing else you can do.
Nope!
Just the interview.
Just to make sure, does he actually have your original I-134 and backup documents in hand? Did he register online with the courier yet?
I suppose while waiting for the interview, you guys can look at the AOS process and start looking at those forms, getting things ready for filing AOS after you get married in the USA.

And if he's going to be looking for a job, start some research. The American job market is generally ruthless and harsh. Employees have few protections and some jobs have little to no substantial benefits.
How will he be covered for healthcare when he gets here?
If he has any medical or dental requirements perhaps it would be simpler to attend to those in the UK in the meantime.

He doesn't have the I-134 in hand, I was waiting to update the form with my most current answers, because I had heard that that was important (?) so that bank balances, etc are up to date. I will be visiting him in the UK in less than two weeks so I plan to leave the original document with him then. I have a statement from my employer, letter from my bank, tax information, etc compiled and ready for him.
What does registering with the courier entail? I don't remember him telling me that he had done that, but perhaps I just missed it.
Thank you so much for your prompt response, it is very helpful!
