Kathy Yarrington

Hello again folks - This is Alfie. I've been missing from the NG for a
couple of weeks, I'm using Kathy's net connection. I flew into Atlanta on
the 17th October and since then Kathy and I have been on vacation in the
Smokey Mountains. Sure is some
lovely country up there. The view from the top of Brasstown Bald (highest
point in GA) was fantastic, we looked down on the clouds covering the tips
of the mountains hundreds of feet below us and were over-awed by it all.

Anyway, back to business. I've lost track on this immigration process a
little, but I do know that I now need to file for EAD. I came in on the K-3
visa, I'm living in Milledgeville GA. What documents or proof do I need to
send in with the I-765 form, and where do I send it? Is it the Atlanta
office?

I'd also like to know what I answer to question 10 on the I-765, it asks for
either an Alien Registration number or my I-94 number. Would this I-94
number be the departure record number? That's the only one I see on my
I-94. Is the Alien number the number that begins with A they sent when the
129-f was approved? Thanks to anyone who replies.
