What does it really matter? If you are seeking accurate data, this is not a good way to do it. If you aren't who gives a damn anyway...

I don't know if somebody here other than a USCIS employee who has access to
that information really would know. Why would anybody really care about the
average time anyway?
The important thing is for the K-1 visa holder to get married to the
petitioner within the 90 days of visa validity! That is what the law
requires. Whether they get married on the first day or the 90th day is not
important.

I'd venture a guess that since some people get married at the beginning of the 90 days, and some people wait till close to the end of the 90 days, a rough average would be 45 days.

Well you need a few days to get the license etc. So that's a minmimum.

And most will not leave it the last day.

So I will go with 45 average as well.
