My son was sick today, but well enough to go to work w/me by the time 1/2 the day was over, so I figured, "Well, might as well call before I go in..." and it said "Your application for I129E was approved Dec 12..." (or something to that effect)!!!!

The website's updated w/the same info too!
(I've heard some people don't get a change of website info till after they get their letter...!)

This isn't the end of the story, not at ALL.
But it IS the end of the longest wait in this process!!!

And yes, I've already updated our info on the K3 timeline site.

BTW, what's NVC stand for?
I am glad you followed my advice
CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Now, if they would only go back and start dealing with the RFE's.
Oh Michael.... I see from your timeline that you've been waiting 1.5 months longer than us because of that RFE...
Is there any way to check if they got the info you sent back? (Oh, but on your timeline, it doesn't say when you sent them the requested info... Maybe it's not been that long ago?)

Anyway, yes, hopefully you will get good news soon too. It's so horrible to have to wait with no word for so long...

And yes, see, it's all Hyper's fault people!

For those of us who use the online forum (rather than the newsgroup), many people put their timelines in their sigs.

Congratulations to you both. I checked on the website to see if ours had been approved and it was, on 4th December (we didnt get a letter till the 11th). Good Luck to you both!

They received our documents on 11/13/03. My lawyher got something from then in the mail confirming it. But, our online status has not changed. It is still the same as it always been. That worries me, but my lawyer says that it's nothing to worry about and is common for them to not update status. Nothing for me to do but wait.

Michael
