Default We did DCF in London and need the 2 year conditions removed.

My wife and I did DCF in London, and we now reside in the US.

I am a US Citizen with ILR in the UK. She is a UK citizen with a conditional 2 year spousal visa (not the 10 year one because we weren't married for 2 years at the time). She obtained a SS number the day she got here, and obtained her green card a few weeks later.

We have resided here together for 1 year and 5 months at this point.

I know that she needs to have the restrictions removed around 6 months prior to that visas expiration.

Please forgive me if some of my terms are off. I was pretty intense into this stuff when filing but have lost my "edge".

Could you advise as to what needs to happen and how much it will cost?

Additionally, we have moved from South Florida to the DC metro area. (Specifically Northern Virginia).

With whom do we file a change of address and how?

Thanks for your advice.

Two years from when she became a permanent resident minus 90 days (not 6
months) she can apply to remove conditions, using Form I-751. I believe
for a DCF, she became a CPR on the day she entered the US. The date should
be on her green card.

She can file a change of address with From AR-11.

Both forms can be found on the USCIS website:
