NM I found another post where you listed your center - I was about to panic wondering why CSC had skipped over most of December!

Donna thats cause for celebration. Congrats Im so happy for you. As we have the same 1stNOA date I hope this means ours isnt too far away. Please give Adrian our congrats too. You both must be walking on air today.

Thank you all for your kind thoughts. We are definitely walking on air. Still can't believe it. We both keep saying "What if they made a mistake and entered our number instead of someone else's".
When do we open that Provisional File? Our anniversary is April 20th and I am really hoping to be in England with my husband around that time getting ready to go to our interview. Anybody have any ideas on this ?
This approval is out of msc. We haven't heard at all from csc for our I130. But, I have heard that it is better this way anyway.
You guys can't be far behind now!!!!!

CSC Approval As Well!

Since you were asking earlier, I just went online and saw that our i-130 was approved yesterday as well out of CSC. We are hoping we can just use the K-3 approval. I am waiting to hear back from the Lawyer on what we need to do.

Hi Bryan,
Our I-130 NOA was June 14..with estimated processing time of 854 days...
Unfortunately, we had a lawyer who told us we could not apply for K-3 until we had waited 3 years. Obviously, confused. If we would have know about the k-3 earlier Adrian would be here by now.
