Waiting for Package #3 (K3 visa), when to fill the I-134 and gather documents ?
Hello everybody,
My wife (USC) submitted the I-130 (beginning of March 2002), then the I-129F
(beginning of April 2002). She received the 1st NOA for the I-129F one week ago.
We are hoping to get the Package #3 some times in September 2002.
When should she fill the I-134 form and gather the employer letter + pay stubs for
the affidavit of support ? We are concerned about that because she might want to find
another job this summer ...
Any help would be very appreciated.
