Vermont Service Center Aug 24/01 I-129F Petition Couriered Aug 27/01 I-129F Petition
Received Aug 30/01 Notice of Action Dated Sep 12/01 Notice of Approval Dated 19 days
from submission to approval Sep 17/01 Requested Provisional file Vancouver Sep 19/01
Notice of Approval received (2 copies) Sep 19/01 Packet #3 received from Vanc US
Embassy Jim (USC) & Michelle (Alberta, Canada)

Wow... congrats looking good to be together soon, I only hope the Sydney Consulate
is as prompt

As far as Sydney goes so do I Doug!! Could you please post your experience and time
line when it happens!! I will be using Sydney as well but have a fair way to travel
so want to make sure I leave enough time for appointments etc!! I am not expecting to
have to do anything for a few months yet though apart from gather information etc. My
USC's petition was only received by TSC September 12th!!

Hi Dianne, well, I'm told that when TSC finally send approval the Sydney Consulate
are relatively fast. In my case, im planning to do the medical here in melbourne as
soon as packet 3 and 4 come through.. hopefully soon. Then all im waiting for is the
I134 from my fiance. Im waiting for the packets though coz i believe that Syden have
their own unique requirements for documentation.
