Thanks for the link. After reading that it seems that much is discretionary, like the vaccinations and the 134 issue. What would be nice is if there was some source that said, ok you are applying thru -----------Consulate, this is what you need to know. This Consulate requires you to have/not have vaccinations at your medical; this consulate does/does not require a 134;this consulate does/does not require an personal interview;this consulate does/does not issues visa by mail.....
Right now I feel like I am confronted with a giant jigsaw puzzle!
