USICS Re-affirmed case but what now?
Hi everyone,
Its been a loong and difficult immigrant visa journey and after 3 years we got news our returned case has been re-affirmed by USICS and its with NVC in Administrative processing. There is not much out there in terms of the actual process for cases with a UK beneficiary so I thought to see what information you can help me with.
Whats the average time it will be with NVC before it goes to the UK Embassy?
Apart from a new police report and medical before my interview will I need to resubmit my DS-260? Is there anything else?
Will I still need to get interviewed and can this still be refused?
What is the likelihood this will turn out ok?
Sorry for the questions, I just would like to know what lies ahead of us.
Thank you
Z

I doubt you're going to get any good answers here other than speculation. In 9 years on this forum I don't recall seeing one single UK based case return and reaffirmation, the only ones I have ever seen have been on VisaJourney for T countries and or religious/age differences.
