USC sending in Documents to NVC
Hi Everyone,
I just want some clarification on something if possible please. When my Wife sends in the documents at the NVC stage does she need to send in my Birth Certificate or is that something I take along with me when i have my interview.
Also we sent in with the initial application a Passport photo for each, do we need to do this again when we send in the Application of Sponsorship.
Best regards
Ryan

When NVC requests original civil documents, I believe your birth certificate is one of those, yes. NVC will probably include a list of documents.
Application of Sponsorship? Do you mean the Affidavit of Support, form I-864? If so, then no, there are no photos required with that form.

Basically there will be two communications from NVC. One will be for the I-864 and fee, and one will be for the visa fee ands original civil documents.
