I'm afraid your truck driving skills will not secure you the right to live and work in the US.

Good luck.

Short answer - No.
Unfortunately, though if you've got a large wedge of cash to invest in a business, you'd perhaps have more chance, though with kids, might not be a great option.

What if my wifes brother emigrated 2year ago and is now an american citizen?

Good news is that if he's definitely a USC then that gives you a route in, as he can sponsor you all for a green card. Bad news - the wait is approx 12 years for a sibling so you won't be going anytime soon!
See the link above about family sponsorship.

Then you've got about 10-12 years wait.

A lot of truck drivers are subcontractors, and obviously buying a truck would be a "substantial investment", so E-2 (treaty investor) would be a possibility, if you've got the money.
If your wife's brother is actually a US citizen (and not just a permanent resident) then he can sponsor her for permanent residency on an I-130 but it takes approx. 12 years to get a visa number at present. Obviously longer if you've got to wait for him to get citizenship first.
So you could actually do it, go in as E-2, keep on renewing it, then when the visa number comes through, adjust status to permanent resident.
But (a) you need enough money to make a "substantial investment" which is usually $50,000+ and (b) there are various downsides to E-2, the main one in your situation being your kids have no status when they hit 21 and cannot work prior to that either.

Not really much use though, unless he can afford to employ a bunch of people, so would then be looking for a fleet of trucks and with no knowledge and contracts in the US, it'd be a business doomed to failure.

As others have said, if and when the brother is a USC, he can file an I-130 for his sister, and she can bring the family along when she immigrates (husband and kids under 21 years old). It takes about 10 - 12 years for a sibling immigrant visa to process.
