travel with AP:green or white form?
Hi all,
I have returned home to my native England for the holiday season with my
advance parole document (i'm adjusting from K-1) and it has occured to me that
I never found out which immigration card I should fill out when I return to the
US: either the green 'visa waiver' one or the white 'travel with visa' one. I
don't seem to fit into either category as my K-1 has technically expired! Does
anyone have experience of this, or know which one I should use?
Happy Holidays everyone!
Sarah

You treat it as a visa and use the "white" form (there are some computer
generated versions now that aren't necessarily white!). When I used it I
put the location I got the AP as the location the visa was issued but
leaving it blank seems to work fine too.
