Timeline/procedures for AOS after k3
Anyone out there that considered consular AOS processing after coming
to US on a k3 visa ?
We live in Seattle and want to hear from anyone relating to the
timelines at the Seattle office as our I-130 petition is still pending
at Nebraska. We don't quite understand the expected time at various
field offices posted on some lawyers websites. Does anyone know if it
includes times for 130 approval ? Is it much faster if 130 is already
approved, or does it matter at all ?
