Default Successful removal of Conditions

I recived a letter yesterday saying I am "deemed to be lawful permanent resident", I was approved without an interview by the Laguna Nigel district office. I applied in April of 2004 so it was granted very quickly. My question is, is it necessary to have an appointment to take in my pictures and passport to the LA office?? Is this something that can be done at the local USCIS where I AOSed at (San Bernardino)??

thanks for anyone with any answers to my questions

I just did the same a couple of months ago in Orange County. Did not
need an appointment...in fact I was in and out with a stamp within the
hour. Just bring the letter with you. The actual card arrived 4-5 weeks
later.

Hello and congratulations for getting the approval, just a little
question: when in April did you send your application? I sent mine on
the 12th and still waiting.

Thanks.

It is good you removed the condition. I am still waiting for the removal
day. Have you waited exactly two years after you got the conditional
residency? Do you know how and when can you get the citizenship if you want

I didn't keep a record of exactly when I sent it but I believe early April would be more or less correct ....I'm sure yours should be along anytime if you get approved without an interview...
