Hi Folks
I am still Alive and Kicking but very unhappy with NO approval as yet
Infact, we have not heard a thing not even from Congress!
I guess they are as much in the dark as we are but I will say I was not
impressed with the lady we are dealing with ....she was very abrupt to me
when I called yesterday to enquire whether she had any news regarding the
Fraud Check and if she could atleast tell me how long it would take to clear
?
All I got was a very abrupt lady repeating herself and saying she is NOT an
immigration officer so there was no more she could tell me !
I was very polite to her so there was absolutely NO reason for her to be in
a bad mood with me ! I am really sick of the same old Brick Wall syndrome
!
We never seem to get anywhere

Does any of the Lawyers or anyone maybe been through this.... know what
kinda timescale we should be looking to hear whether we are gonna be
Approved or RFE ? We are on day 228 with Nebraska because our file is in
the Fraud Department ...so we are told...we don't even know why ?????
I can assure anyone that knows me that we are a normal couple with No
Convictions or anything like that ! All documents are true and correct so
why us ??????

Hi Michelle,
Once again, we're all hoping that you hear something positive soon. I'm wondering if Herb has hired a lawyer or perhaps gone for an initial consult with one? Maybe the lawyers who frequent the board can tell you if this would be advisable in a case such as yours. I hope you hear something soon.

Hi Michelle,

I am truly sorry to hear how your case is being handled...I don't know whether you contacted your Senator's office or your Representative's, but you should probably contact BOTH...Maybe one will be more effective than the other.

We're all pulling for you! Keep faith.
