Hi,

I am sorry for I do not remember the names of these forms that I am describing.

We are at the stage of thwe spousal visa where we have already received the 2nd NOA from the I-130.

My wife and I received the papers basically asking for address as to where to send info.

My wife received a letter yesterday saying to send (I think) $365 in american funds (Money order) to the NVC.

Any idea how much longer we will have to wait?

I am a US citizen and my wife is a citizen of South Korea.

I haven't sent the I-864 yet, am waiting for the packet to be sent to my wife.

We have been working on this since Oct 2002, I made mistakes and INS lost paperwork etc and here we are now.
