Sent I129F packet on sept 27 to CSC and still not received first NOA - is this unusual??

Is anyone else experiencing delays of over a month for first NOA with California
service center? I am not sure if i need to resubmit everything - i keep trying to
call the telephone number but it is constantly busy and i cannot get through.

Delays such as this are pretty common. It may give you piece of mind to call the
National Customer Service Center and ask if there are any specific hold-ups that you
should be aware of.

I sent ours in on Sept 27. So far I have heard nothing as well. What number do I call
for status--California Service Center??
