Default Sean & I getting a lawyer

Hello

I haven't been on for a while. You may remember I got an RFE from NSC
on October 8, saying my divorce decree was not final and absolute.
They were demanding a response by 31 December.

Well, I have followed advice and have decided to avail myself of the
services of Mr Paul Ferrell, immigration lawyer in London.

I have heard good things about him and I sure hope this will help us
get a fast approval.

Neither Sean nor I could bear the thought of a rejection so we think
we're doing the right thing.

Best wishes to everyone else going through this awful time.

Love
Cait

Good luck with your approval and the rest of the process, Cait. I know having an attorney brought me peace of mind, if nothing else, through all this. :-)

Best Wishes,
Rene

Hi:

I've met Paul and he has also been helpful to this immigration lawyer over the telephone.

There was once a ConOff from Hell assigned to London who had this propensity of making 212(a)(6)(C) fraud findings. After a particularly strange transatlantic phone conversation with that bitch [pardon my languge, but I am trying to be polite in my description and am using the mildest term I can think of], I was so shocked, I gave Paul a call and we had one of those Colonel Blake/Radar O'Reilly conversations about the bitch. It made me feel better, and Visa Office knew about her and we got an advisory opinion reversing the fraud finding. But we did lose 5 months to that little hoo-hah-hah. Sigh.

Gee I hope the "bitch" didn't get reassigned to Colombia as 212(a)(6)(c) is my fear. The conoff there actually whacked my now wife over the head with her papers and curse her out...lol

Hi:

To my knowledge, Karen is no longer with the Department of State. I would have heard about it -- she was infamous in her own right.
