Russia police certificate
Hello,
I have a question, I hope will have an uncomplicated answer.
My fiancee is from Ekaterinburg,Russia.
I have been told that to receive a police
report for my "non-criminal" fiancee in the
city of E-burg,is a matter of convenience,
for the police,not a responsibility.Can
some one out in K-1 land inform me of the best and proper place to
obtain this
report.
Information will be greatly appreciated.
Approved after 125 days ,NSC.
Thanks
John

Re: Russia police certificate
The police in Ykaterinburg would be the place to obtain it.
My wife had this problem in Novosibirsk. She kept asking and asking..
After giving them a gift of a can of coffee, processing speeded up
considerably.
