Requirements for companies issuing H1-B visas?
Hi all,
I searched and could not find info about requirements for companies
which can issue H1-B visas. Do they have to have a certain profit,
funds, etc? Do they have to be corporations?
If anybody knows where to find this info, it would be appreciated.

The employer need not be a corporation. It must be viable, that is, it must
have income or prospective income that is sufficient for thriving as the
type of business that it is.
A good immigration attorney with experience in employment-based immigration
practice will understand what makes a particular company look viable to INS.
