Request for Evidence... Please helppp................
Hello Guys,
I recently applied for H-1B1 petition as a programmer. I used premium processing for the application. Today, I checked my application status and the automated system said that Request for Evidence was mailed out.
I am pretty worried. Does anyone know what are common questions that INS is looking for?
I and the lawyer has enclosed Company Federal Income Tax to avoid RFE (request for evidence), but still I got one. PLEASE HELP.. any comments will be appreciated.
- I have never been out of status.
- I graduate and out of country for a while.. and return to the US to finish another degree. During this time, I found company that would like to hire me. I thought I am very lucky.
- The company is not that big, but it's been in business since 1986 or so and in good shape.
PLEASE HELP.......

It might not be problems, sometimes from all documents you submitted
BCIS still thinks they can't tell if you have maintained status prior
to your H1B application and asks for some more supporting docs, thats
it.
