You'll probably get a biometrics appointment.

There's a slight chance you may get an in-person interview, but that is rare.

Otherwise, just wait for the approval and 10- year green card in the mail.

So you 'applied' in November 17 and they didn't receive it until April 9th? That's..... odd.

My thoughts exactly. However, for the OP, if you not received your approval of the I-751 by the end of October, make an infopass appointment to get an I-551 stamp in your passport. Folinsky mentioned that the current extension letters are for 18 months but you said yours was for only one year.

Other than the biometrics you just get on with your life. ROC can take from one to two years. It is not a priority petition as you remain a CPR until it is adjudicated.

And if you are harboring thoughts of naturalizing than I would think if you applied in November 2017 for ROC, then you are very close to the time when you can apply for naturalization via N-400. Your N-400 will force the I-751 to be adjudicated sooner as it must be decided upon before you can naturalize.
