Relationship did not work. How do I prove she left country?

My K-1 was approved and fiancee came to US but relationship did not work out. We were
only together for a week before we both realized that it wasn't going to work. So I
bought her a ticket back to Chicago where she will spend 2 weeks with her daughter
(her daughter lives in Chicago) before returning to Russia. I would like to be
eligible for another K-1 but the terms of the K-1 stipulate that my previous
"fiancee" must depart the US within 90 days. My question is how do I prove that she
has departed US soil and returned to Russia? Do I need to show evidence that she
actually left?
