Regarding I-130 receipt of confirmation.
I applied for my husband on April 28th 2014 and we still haven't anything from the officials yet. Our bank statement showed they took the money but they haven't sent an email confirmation or NOA1. Has anyone else had this problem? I tried to call the contact us phone number on the website but can't get through. Is there a phone number I can call? Please help as I am getting nervous what can go wrong.
Thanks

Re: Regarding I-130 receipt of confirmation.
We never received an NOA1 in the post (filed last October),we only got the email confirmation several weeks later.
DH phoned and asked about the postal confirmation. He was told that it had definitely been mailed and he should book an infopass to make sure they had the right address for him. If only he'd asked me about it first! I told him not to bother about the appointment and that the misinformation line is useless. We've since had our I130 approved, so it's all obviously fine.
