Default Regarding Affidavit of Support for K1

At what point do I submit this to the INS? The instructions on the fiancé
visa don't mention it unless I missed it.

Also, just how much money do I need to make in order to be approved. My
income is about $30,000 and expected to get better. I have very little
savings but no debt or bills except for a small car payment.

Any help would be appreciated.

The first Affadavit is taken by your fiancee to the US Embassy (at least thats the UK procedure). When the happy day comes that you apply for AOS there is a further Affadvit (I-864....a different form) that is submitted at the time.

Your income is way over the minimum. From memory the minimum is just over $14,000 p.a.

Good luck

You will send the affidavit of support to your fiance when she has her
interview with the Consulate in her country. Your income is enough for the both
of you.

That's great news. Thanks so much.

FWIW, I was conceived in England! That's why I get uncontrollable urges to
drive on the left side of the road!

Great wedding pics BTW.
