refilling I-485 again......!!
Hello all.
I am refilling I-485 again after denial , I am preparing all supporting documents.
I have a question :
In 2001 I filled I-485 and I-130 and sent in same envelope.
They just denied my I-485 however they haven't give me decision on 1-130 yet .
Is it enough to submit receipt of filling I-130 to prove eligibility to adjust status ?
should i also add a cover letter,
